We are a non-governmental organization whose purpose is to educate and encourage people in order to train and improve their professional lives, qualifications, retraining through organizing courses, conducting studies to access the national and international funding programs active in the educational, social and economic fields.
The vision of the organization is to increase and diversify the professional competences, to identify and evaluate them through the development of specific activities and programs, supporting the mobility and (re) integration of adults in the labor market.
Established in 2003, our organization has taken an upward path in the development of vocational training programs, contributing to the progress of the competitiveness of human resources.
Our Path
In the beginning, permits were obtained for only 3 occupations, after which, in the following years, we increased their number.
At this moment we carry out over 40 accredited training programs authorized according to the Government Ordinance 129/2000, qualification, initiation and specialization programs, in fields demanded intensively by the labor market, allowing access to training throughout the life of people with different educational levels.
The positive results are reflected not only in the large number of accredited training programs, but also in the total number of graduates, exceeding an average of over 1000 every year.
From January 2016 up to the present, over 4000 students have graduated, out of which over 2600 are female.

Educating Adults Through Continuous Training
Long-term investments have been made for the creation of modern theoretical training spaces and workshops dedicated to practical applications in which the real working conditions are simulated.
The multiple forms of partnership involved large companies that supported both practical training within their own businesses and by offering vacancies directly to graduates.
Adapt to Change
In parallel with the training activity, analysis was conducted on the basis of statistics performed internally, in order to adapt the training needs to the demands of the labor market and quality standards.

Map of Our Locations
Our objective is to train, qualify and educate people, with the help of specialized courses and consultancy.
For this purpose we have developed 3 main offices.
We have over 15,000 graduates of the qualification courses and over 7,000 hours of training developed within these courses.
Due to the organizational flexibility, training programs were also carried out in temporary locations in localities such as Bucharest, Pitesti, Galaţi but also in small, vulnerable communities.
